Lowrie Jayne Evans.
I’ve always been fascinated by human anatomy and the function of the body. As a child, I was forever reading my Nan’s first aid book and the human biology section of my encyclopaedia.
After graduating from the WIOC in 2008 with a BSc(Hons) Chiropractic, I spent 4 years treating hundreds of patients from a practice in my home town of Merthyr Tydfil, before relocating to Pembrokeshire in early 2013. Since moving to this beautiful corner of the world, I’ve treated patients at a busy clinic in Haverfordwest whilst providing regular locum cover for Chiropractors in Pembroke and Fishguard,
LJ Chiropractic opened its doors in Pembrokeshire in February 2017 after much hard work and anticipation from all involved. I am excited to get back to what I do best, which I helping people achieve their goals as quickly and as fully as possible.
In January 2018 I took over at Pembroke Chiropractic Clinic in Ferry Lane, Pembroke and I split my time equally between the two clinics.
I am fully insured and registered with the General Chiropractic Council and British Chiropractic Association. I am also a member of the Royal College of Chiropractors. I regularly attend courses and CPD meetings in order to learn new techniques and continue to provide evidence based, patient centred care.
When I am not working, I like to explore the beaches of Pembrokeshire and walk the coastal path and being from Merthyr, I like walking the mountains too. I try to keep fit by swimming and practicing Yoga and I read a lot, being especially fond of my collection of antique medical text books.
